Building upon my fundamental IT support knowledge, I started to develop a solid foundation of technical skills and customer service as consultant at Rijk Zwaan. Some of the advanced topics I have learned include MobileIron, a mobile device management tool and Ivanti Automation, which can be provision and automate software. I have also supported Rijk Zwaan's users with various technical issues and enjoyed the personal contact with them. One of my achievements was managing a project to migrate laptops to Windows 10. Additionally, I gained experience in troubleshooting and writing documentation for IT systems and procedures.

I was part of the Zuidwester's small IT team, a non-profit organization that supports and cares for individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a Service Desk employee, my main tasks included managing devices and workspaces, providing local IT support, and conducting training sessions. One project that I'm proud of is the migration of 1500 users to Office365. Working with a small team, we planned and oversaw the smooth transition with our supplier. This involved coming up with a migration strategy, scheduling deployment dates, and delivering on-site training.

My main project was 'COMMUNITY PLASTICS', which involved collecting and processing plastic waste from the local community. I experimented with different ways of transforming the plastic into new and beautiful products, which I designed myself. I also established a network of local sources for the plastic materials, and created a brand identity for 'COMMUNITY PLASTICS'.
